Our recording, production and engineering experience is diverse and extensive, from simple audition recordings or social media posts, to more complex projects. Our Producer-Recording Engineer was formerly at Berklee College of Music in Boston and has worked with Grammy-winning artists and producers in the USA and the UK as well as young artists and music students. We utilise industry standard recording techniques and tools, the latest DAWS, sound design, and editing software. Video recording services from basic formats to broadcast standard production are also available upon request.
Our musicians are highly accomplished and widely acclaimed. They have performed in some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls including the Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Festival Hall, Wigmore Hall and also live on BBC Radio and NBPR in the USA. Our co-founder and pianist-in-residence is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music and one of the UK’s most acclaimed accompanists. We also have access to a network of musicians covering all major instruments across various musical genres.
Our instruments include a Steinway Model D grand piano and an impressive selection of Fender, Gibson and Martin guitars as well as Moog and Korg synthesisers.
Our equipment centres on exemplary ribbon microphones from Royer and Audio-Technica, amplified via a Phoenix DRS-8, with recordings captured and mixed through Focusrite’s top Red 8Line audio interface and industry-standard post-production platforms. Monitoring options include Neumann KH310 and Yamaha NS-5000 as well as a selection of studio headphones including the sublime Final Audio D8000 Pro.
